I first joined IPF almost 24 years ago as a Lead Developer, and now I have the leadership and delivery accountability for all IT systems delivery activities across the European Home Credit group. The role primarily involves people and process management to ensure we provide an effective and timely IT partnership to our business colleagues to help them achieve their goals. I must ensure my team have the right skills, tools and productive environment to execute their role, whilst also leading our adoption of new technologies and practices.

Throughout my time at IPF I have always found opportunities to challenge and develop myself, undertaking many different roles within IT. Consequently, I now utilise my experience to support and coach people daily across a wide variety of initiatives across the group. This is the most rewarding aspect of my role – helping people to be successful. I particularly like the open and collaborative culture at IPF which allows for people to interact freely, irrespective of role or level of responsibility, plus the opportunity to travel and work alongside our international colleagues is tremendously rewarding.
