This team is responsible for setting the delivery standards, methods, frameworks and controls of Project and Programme Management across European Home Credit markets.
The effective management of financial and human resources is crucial, so too is defining and driving technology and IT organisational strategies.
Typical roles: Programme Managers, Project Managers, PMO Leads, Business Analysts and Relationship Managers.
IT Delivery
Join this team to help accelerate the delivery of innovative technology solutions to our countries.
The team has end-to-end responsibility, covering Strategic Planning and Delivery, Demand Management and Prioritization, Solution Architecture and Development, Technical Design, Testing and Integration.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance and other business teams to deliver new products, channels, enhancements and efficiency solutions that will enable increased profitability and cost optimisation for the business.
Typical roles: Software Engineers, Solution Architects, System Analysts, Software Testers, Developers.
Infrastructure & Service
This team’s goal is to transform our IT footprint through strategic planning and delivery of modern, cloud-first solutions that boost our IT infrastructure and operations.
Meeting business needs and ensuring cost and quality effectiveness are both vital, as is the determination to protect the business from internal and external threats through the deployment of proven information security solutions driven by the latest trends.
Typical roles: Infrastructure Architects, Cloud Architects and Engineers, Service Support Specialists, Network Specialists, DB Specialists, InfoSec Managers.
Business Architecture
Aligning business needs with the appropriate technology to help bridge the gap between strategy and execution is the aim of this team.
Streamlining and rationalising the IT enablement process is crucial to that, as is developing specific deliverables and viewpoints, synthesizes and synergies. It all requires information and insights from other business disciplines such as strategy development, business analysis, process management, operations, and systems analysis.

This new app allows customers to see their loan details, upcoming and past payments, and their current loan offer. It also lets them apply for a payment holiday and contact their Customer Representative. 2,000 customers in Poland have already signed up, giving the app an average rating of 4.7 out of 5.

The team successfully launched the integration of our digital and Customer Representative channels on the same system in Poland. Using this system, customers who come to us via digital routes can be serviced by Customer Representatives and vice-versa. Such hybrid solutions are proven to increase approval rates and conversions, and provide a much better experience for consumers who apply to us for a loan.

Launched in Latvia, this tech puts our leading digital brand, Creditea, in the pockets of our customers. It is accessible 24/7 with customers able to choose physical and virtual cards, andmakes using our revolving credit line product way more convenient.
