The role of a Customer Representative
Here’s your chance to be the person who visits our customers in their homes, gets to know their circumstances and provides the financial assistance they need.

You may even have been a customer yourself, so you’ll have a deep understanding of the lives, financial circumstances, and credit needs of the people you visit.
Whatever your situation and background, this is a chance to establish and develop professional relationships with customers. You’ll need to understand their current and future financial needs, carefully assess their creditworthiness and ensure you stay in touch with them before, during and after issuing a loan or another IPF product or service.

Personal Development
All Customer Representatives benefit from having a detailed training plan. As the face of the company, Customer Representatives play a vital role in finding the right solutions for our customers, which is why we provide technical training around all of our products, so that we can match the right solutions to our customers’ needs. Customer Representatives also receive customer service training as well as learning about how we live our Purpose and values.
Much of this training will take place on-the-job, as you interact directly with customers, collecting instalments, selling our services, conducting marketing activities, and working to meet business goals. To provide help and guidance, a more experienced colleague will be assigned to every new team member and will be available to mentor you.
